Performance Training
Movement Evolution offers a unique approach to training. Athletes will develop a solid athletic foundation while addressing their individual goals.
Our program includes; movement training, injury reduction, speed development, agility, explosive power development, strength training, and conditioning. Athletes are supervised as the coach runs them through an intense 45-60 minute workout with special attention paid to proper technique. |
Adult Training
Our adult training is specific to the needs of the adult training client. Whether your goal is weight loss, injury rehabilitation, or to just get in a great workout, we will cater to your individual needs.
We focus daily on improving soft tissue quality, flexibility, increasing power, building full body strength and enhancing your cardiovascular fitness. Our program is designed to help you move better and become a healthier you. |
Conditioning
Our conditioning class focuses on a quick warm-up and 30-40 minutes of non-traditional conditioning. Each class has a different focus and is based on individual heart rate. Athletes will be emailed a visual of their performance at the end of each session.
